For poor but talented students of Odisha, getting trained in New Delhi by spending considerable amount as fees and living expenses is a far cry. The state government had tried to address this problem by funding such training centres in various universities. Though such centers take some time to stabilize, it is felt that there is an urgent need of selection of a Coaching Centre, which can provide coaching in a focused manner and also which has the credential of imparting effective coaching and whose success rate is also high for providing coaching for Civil Service Examination and other UPSC Examinations. Government of Odisha in the Higher Education Department selected ACQ IAS Academy following a transparent tender process. It has established its Centre in Bhubaneswar, so that the Odia students will get the opportunity of coaching in their home State.
